Unusual Market Activity: HOMI and PTPW Shares Under Close Exchange Surveillance
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has placed two stocks on its radar for monitoring due to unusual market activity (UMA) on 24 June 2026. The stocks in question are PT Grand House Mulia Tbk. (HOMI) and PT Pratama Widya Tbk. (PTPW).
In its announcement, the IDX indicated there were signs of irregular transaction patterns in HOMI shares. Stockbit noted that the property developer’s shares rose 1.56% over the past week.
Meanwhile, PTPW shares were flagged for UMA due to an unusual increase in share price. According to Stockbit data, the construction company’s shares have soared 38.17% in the past month.
In connection with the UMA on these shares, the IDX stated it is currently observing the development of transaction patterns for both stocks.
“The UMA announcement does not necessarily indicate a violation of capital market regulations,” the IDX management said in a statement.
