UNTR Announces Rp5.92 Trillion Dividend Payout, Note the Key Dates

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — The Astra Group mining issuer PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) has decided to distribute a cash dividend from the 2025 fiscal year profits amounting to Rp1,663 per share or up to Rp5.92 trillion.

UNTR Company Secretary Ari Setiawan stated that this was decided at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

“This cash dividend includes the interim dividend of Rp567 per share or a total of Rp2.06 trillion that has been paid on 24 October 2025, so the remainder of Rp1,096 will be distributed as the final dividend,” Ari said at the Public Expose in Jakarta on Thursday (16/4/2026).

The dividend per share will be distributed to the Company’s shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company’s Shareholder Register on 28 April 2026 at 16:00 WIB (Dividend Recording Date) and will be paid to the Company’s shareholders on 18 May 2026.

In connection with the Company’s ongoing share buyback programme, the total cash dividend to be distributed will depend on the total number of shares entitled to receive the dividend based on the Company’s Shareholder Register on the Dividend Recording Date.

In addition to the dividend, UNTR appointed the Company’s Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners for the term commencing from the closing of the 2026 AGMS until the 2027 AGMS. Further details on the latest composition of the board of directors and commissioners are as follows:
