Unsafe parking at central park
Unsafe parking at central park
From Kompas
I am a monthly customer of the Mulia Group managed Central
Park for which I have been issued a sticker. On Tuesday, May 6, I
parked my car on the second floor (opposite the back of the BRI I
building) at 7.15 a.m.
After work at 5 p.m. I found to my dismay that the cassette
player and amplifier had been stolen from my car. I noticed that
the right-hand sided door was closed, but unlocked.
I reported my loss to the security guard on duty, Sutarno and
his colleagues, (there are three on every shift), but I was given
the usual answer. They had no idea who could have done it and
only offered apologies for not noticing the theft.
After the incident, I learned that similar thefts had happened
before. On the same day I lost my cassette player, four spare
tires of department cars parked on the third floor also vanished
inexplicably. I reported this to the Tanah Abang Metro Police
sector the following day.
