Unrest at Hotel Sultan, Several Guests Panic and Leave the Hotel

Several guests were still staying at Hotel Sultan in the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) complex, Central Jakarta, during the execution process on Thursday (18/6).

CNNIndonesia.com observed that a number of guests appeared panicked and shocked by the unrest that occurred during the execution process.

Several police officers, including policewomen, immediately assisted the hotel guests. Some of them were seen carrying suitcases and preparing to leave the hotel.

Meanwhile, the PPKGBK is still conducting sweeps of the hotel area to carry out data collection as a follow-up to the execution process.
