Unreasonable bus fare

Despite the fare increase of air-conditioned, express
passenger buses (Rp 3,300), the bus conductors generally collect
only Rp 3000 from each passenger.

The commuters' choice of this particular bus is of course for
the sake of their convenience and safety. Unfortunately, the bus
drivers and conductors seem to ignore this fact. This is obvious
when even though all the seats are taken the conductor continues
to pick up passengers and they have to stand in the crowded bus.

Of course, it is unfair for standing passengers if they have
to pay the same fare as those who are comfortably seated. It
would be better if the standing passengers paid only half of the
standard fare.

I would like to request the authorities to consider this
matter.
