Unprofessional service

I was disappointed by the unprofessional and irresponsible service of PT Ramanta Tours & Travel Service, Jl. Bungur Besar. Two colleagues and I planned to go to Bali on June 21, 1996 on business that needed to be immediately addressed. We booked our tickets on June 20 over the phone and were given the confirmation number YEJ4F for June 21 at 18:45 flying with Sempati. They promised to deliver the tickets the next morning.
At 2:30 p.m. on June 21, however, no tickets were delivered. Again I was told by a woman that our tickets were being delivered. Believing that the tickets would be delivered I waited patiently. By 4:30 p.m. no tickets had arrived. Again I asked the company what had happened to our tickets. This time someone named Uri answered the phone. To my amazement I was told that my tickets were not on the list for home delivery and if did not collect them myself, they would consider it a cancellation. That was absolutely impossible. How could I collect the tickets within the hour in the heavily congested traffic and check in on time at the airport? My two colleagues were already at the airport.
Luckily, I was saved by another travel agent on Jl. Raden Saleh, who confirmed our booking with Sempati. We were allowed to check in 15 minutes before departure.
