UNM's Digital Business Study Programme Accelerates Drive for Excellent Accreditation
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The Digital Business Study Program at Nusa Mandiri University (UNM) continues to strengthen the quality of its education as part of its commitment to being a Digital Business Campus.
One of the strategic steps taken is to actively participate in the National Technical Guidance (Bimteknas) organised by the Association of Private Faculties of Economics and Business in Indonesia (AFEBSI).
This event, themed “Management of Study Programs Based on Excellent Accreditation”, took place from Thursday to Saturday, 5-7 February 2026, at the Diradja Hotel, Jl. Kapten Tendean No. 38, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta.
The event was attended by faculty leaders, heads of study programs, and quality assurance managers from various private universities in Indonesia. Representing UNM were Lia Mazia, Head of the Digital Business Study Program, and Endang Pujiastuti, Head of the UNM Quality Assurance Agency.
Their presence reaffirmed UNM’s commitment to strengthening the management of the study program, focusing on quality and achieving excellent accreditation.
Through this Bimteknas, participants gained insights into strengthening strategies for managing study programs based on quality indicators, strengthening accreditation documents, and implementing an integrated and sustainable Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).
Lia stated that this activity is an important part of the transformation of academic governance, adapting to national quality demands and the needs of the digital industry.
“This Bimteknas is a strategic platform for us to strengthen the management of the Digital Business Study Program to make it more measurable, adaptive, and in line with excellent accreditation standards. Our target is not just to meet the documentation requirements, but to build a quality education that truly has an impact on students,” she said in a statement quoted on Wednesday (25/2/2026).
She added that, as a study program within the Digital Business Campus ecosystem, the UNM Digital Business Study Program is managed professionally, based on data, and focused on improving the competitiveness of graduates.
Meanwhile, Endang Pujiastuti emphasised the importance of synergy between the study program and the quality assurance unit in creating a consistent quality system.
“Excellent accreditation can only be achieved if the management of the study program and the quality assurance system work in harmony. We will encourage the results of this Bimteknas to be implemented concretely within the UNM environment,” she explained.
Participation in the AFEBSI Bimteknas is concrete evidence of the UNM Digital Business Study Program’s commitment to improving the quality of higher education, strengthening academic governance, and preparing to face the challenges of education in the era of digital transformation and an innovation-based economy.
