Technological innovation has once again emerged from students at Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM), a Digital Business Campus. Dini Fitriyah Herti, a student in the Data Science programme, has successfully developed the Click Up application, a cross-platform time management solution that helps individuals organise their daily activities more effectively while reducing stress from hectic schedules.

The Click Up application serves as an intelligent platform that integrates task management systems with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Through this technology, the app assists users in automatically creating schedules, prioritising important tasks, and optimising daily routines in a more structured manner.

Dini explained that the idea for developing this application stemmed from a common problem faced by many people: the difficulty in managing time amid increasingly complex activities.

“We designed Click Up as a digital assistant that helps users organise schedules, predict habits, and provide automatic activity recommendations, making time management more efficient without causing excessive pressure,” she stated.

The application, she said, was developed using Flutter, allowing seamless access across various platforms, from mobile devices and web to desktop. This approach enables users to manage activities anytime and from any device with a consistent user experience.

A range of intelligent features is incorporated into the Click Up application, including smart task management, user habit prediction, and AI-based automatic scheduling that adapts to the user’s productivity patterns.

“The AI system in this application can also automate various routine activities, allowing users to focus more on priority matters,” she elaborated.

According to her, the Click Up application is aimed at various groups with busy activities, such as students, young professionals, freelancers, and individuals who must manage multiple responsibilities in their daily lives.

“With the support of an adaptive recommendation system, this application is expected to help users maintain a balance between productivity and mental health,” she emphasised.

The Head of the Nusa Mandiri Innovation Centre (NIC), Fitra Septia Nugraha, expressed appreciation for the innovation produced by the student.

The development of the Click Up application demonstrates that students can utilise artificial intelligence technology to address real societal needs, particularly in enhancing productivity and time management.

“Innovations like this prove that students not only learn theory but are also capable of creating practical and impactful digital solutions,” he stated in a comment quoted on Tuesday (7/4/2026).

He added that data- and AI-based innovations have great potential for further development, either through research collaborations or partnerships with the technology industry.

“Through the development of the Click Up application, it is hoped that society will have a digital tool to support more intelligent time management, boost productivity, and create life balance amid the dynamics of modern activities,” he said.
