Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM), as a Digital Business Campus, continues to demonstrate its commitment to delivering technological innovations with a real impact on society.

Through the Community Service Grant Programme of DPPM Kemdiktisaintek for the 2026 fiscal year, a team of UNM lecturers held a socialisation and training session on the One-Click Nutrition app for PKK and Posyandu cadres at the Gurame Posyandu, RW 011, Pamulang Timur subdistrict, South Tangerang, on Thursday (16/7/2026).

The activity forms part of efforts to support digital transformation in the health sector, particularly in strengthening the early detection of wasting, or undernutrition, risk in infants and toddlers through technology that is easy for Posyandu cadres to use.

The programme was initiated by UNM’s Information Systems study programme, which developed a digital innovation to support data-driven public health services.

In its implementation, the Information Systems study programme collaborated with UNM’s Informatics study programme to integrate competencies in information systems, software engineering and information technology.

The programme was led by Dr Sukmawati Anggraeni Putri, a lecturer from the Information Systems study programme, as Head of the 2026 Community Service Grant Programme.

She was accompanied by two lecturers from the Informatics study programme, Duwi Cahya Putri Buani and Syaifur Rahmatulloh, and involved two Information Systems students, Dimas Ikhsan Ali and Rifqy Tsanaya, who played an active role in education, app usage training, participant assistance and event documentation.

During the training, PKK and Posyandu cadres received guidance on the importance of early detection of child nutrition problems, hands-on practice with the One-Click Nutrition app, anthropometric measurement simulations, and digital recording of toddlers’ nutritional status.

The head of the programme, Dr Sukmawati Anggraeni Putri, said cross-disciplinary collaboration was a key factor in producing innovations that genuinely benefit society.

Such collaboration makes it possible to deliver innovations that are not only technologically robust but also easy for users to implement.

“The hope is that the One-Click Nutrition app will become a sustainable solution in supporting more modern, effective and data-driven Posyandu services,” she explained in a statement quoted on Saturday (18/7/2026).

Throughout the activity, the cadres showed great enthusiasm, actively discussing, trying out various app features, and running simulations of recording and analysing toddlers’ nutritional status.

The app, designed with a simple interface, made it easy for participants, including those with varying levels of digital literacy, to operate it independently.

Based on the evaluation results, she said, the training successfully improved participants’ understanding and skills in using digital technology as a supporting medium for the early detection of wasting risk.

The digitisation of toddler data records is expected to improve the accuracy, efficiency and speed of Posyandu services.

Through this activity, UNM reaffirmed its role as a higher education institution that focuses not only on the development of science and technology, but also on producing innovations capable of addressing society’s needs.

“The synergy between the Information Systems and Informatics study programmes is a manifestation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi), and is expected to continue generating digital solutions that support improvements in the quality of public services, particularly in the health sector,” she said.
