UNM Digital Business Student Appointed Head of Creative in Fourth Semester
A commendable achievement has been made by a Digital Business Study Program student at Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM). As a Digital Business University, UNM once again demonstrates its students’ quality through Keshya Khalistamerli Siregar’s successful internship at FYP MediaManagement, a rapidly growing Creative agency and talent management firm in the digital creative industry.
Not only did she secure an internship position, but the fourth- semester student was immediately trusted with the strategic role of Head of Creative. This achievement has attracted attention due to her young academic age.
Keshya’s success places her within a dynamic, professional creative environment where she must lead and collaborate with talents from renowned Indonesian universities.
This position proves that students’ competencies, creativity, and adaptability are key factors in competing in the digital industry.
Keshya is assessed to possess strong leadership, visual creativity, communication skills, and digital trend understanding, making her capable of leading creative teams across various industry projects.
This success also demonstrates that UNM’s learning system focuses not only on classroom theory but also encourages students to build portfolios and real-world industry experience early on.
UNM Digital Business Study Program head Lia Maz expressed pride in Keshya’s achievement, stating that it proves UNM Digital Business students’ strong competitiveness in the modern creative industry.
‘We are very proud that Keshya has demonstrated her quality and competence in the national creative industry. This proves that UNM students do not solely learn theory but are prepared to lead, innovate, and adapt in the dynamic digital industry,’ she said in a press release received on Monday, 25 May.
She emphasised that UNM’s Digital Business Study Program curriculum is designed to align with current business and industry needs.
‘As a Digital BusinessUniversity, UNM continuously delivers practical, project-based, and real-world industry experience. We want our students to have portfolios, problem-solving skills, creativity, and leadership qualities demanded by companies and the digital creative industry,’ she added.
She confirmed that the alignment of learning with industry needs is reinforced through the Internship Experience Program (IEP) 3+1, UNM’s flagship programme that allows students to gain direct industry experience before graduation.
‘Through this programme,’ she added, ’students acquire not only academic understanding but also professional experience that enhances their future career readiness.
Keshya Khalistamerli Siregar’s achievement is hoped to inspire other students to continuously develop their potential, build creativity, and seize opportunities amid the rapid growth of the digital industry,’ she said.
