UNM Data Science Programme Offers a Part-Time Option in Jakarta

Universitas Nusa Mandiri (UNM) offers regular and part-time classes for its S1 Data Science programme, which has received Unggul accreditation. The flexible study options are intended for senior secondary and vocational school graduates, as well as young professionals who want to pursue higher education without disrupting their work commitments.

Known as the Digital Business Campus, UNM continues to promote education that is relevant to the needs of the digital industry. The Data Science programme’s curriculum is designed to equip students with skills in data processing, programming, statistics and data-driven decision-making techniques.

Tati Mardiana, head of UNM’s Data Science programme, said that flexible timetables were a key consideration for prospective students planning a continuous education pathway.

“Opportunities to develop skills through higher education need to be planned according to each person’s circumstances. The choice of regular or part-time classes may be a consideration for prospective students who want to continue their education while still taking other responsibilities into account,” she said in a statement received on Wednesday (28 October 2026).

To ease the financial burden, she said, UNM offers a monthly instalment scheme for tuition fees and waives the SSP fee, subject to applicable terms. Applications can be made through the MyNusaPMB mobile app or the official portal, pmb.nusamandiri.ac.id.

“We hope that providing flexible class options will broaden public access to education focused on applied technology. This strategic step underscores UNM’s commitment to supporting young people and professionals as they continue to develop their potential, in line with the slogan ‘Turn Dreams into Achievements’,” she said.
