United Tractors (UNTR) Overhauls Board of Directors and Commissioners, Iwan Hadiantoro Appointed as President Director

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) has carried out a major overhaul of its Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners through the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST). Shareholders appointed Iwan Hadiantoro as President Director, replacing Frans Kesuma, who has now moved to the position of President Commissioner of UNTR. UNTR’s Company Secretary, Ari Setiawan, stated that the new composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners takes effect from the close of the 2026 RUPST. “The company announces Mr Frans Kesuma as the President Commissioner of the company,” said Ari Setiawan during a press conference after the RUPST event on Thursday (16/4/2026). On the Board of Commissioners side, Frans Kesuma, who previously held the position of President Director, now occupies the role of President Commissioner. He will strengthen the company’s supervisory function alongside other commissioners, namely Paulus Bambang Widjanarko, Bruce Malcolm Cox, and Ignasius Jonan. In addition, the Board of Commissioners is also filled by Djoko Pranoto Santoso, Rudy, Gita Tiffani Boer, and Lincoln Lin Feng Pan. This overhaul simultaneously ends the previous structure, where Frans Kesuma served as President Director, while the position of President Commissioner was held by Djony Bunarto Tjondro. In the previous Board of Directors, the name Loudy Irwanto Ellias is no longer included in the new composition.
