United Tractors (UNTR) Distributes Dividend of Rp 1,663 per Share, Total Rp 5.92 Trillion to Investors
JAKARTA - PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) has set a cash dividend of Rp 1,663 per share from the net profit of the 2025 fiscal year.
This decision was taken at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). The total dividend to be distributed amounts to Rp 5.92 trillion from the consolidated net profit of Rp 14.8 trillion.
“We approve the use of the company’s consolidated net profit amounting to Rp 14.8 trillion. Of which, Rp 1,663 per share or up to Rp 5.92 trillion is distributed as cash dividends,” said UNTR President Director Iwan Hadiantoro during a press conference after the AGMS on Thursday (16/4/2026).
The remaining dividend of Rp 1,096 per share will be distributed to shareholders recorded in the Register of Shareholders on 28 April 2026 at 16:00 WIB.
“Thus, the remainder of Rp 1,096 per share will be distributed to the company’s shareholders whose names are recorded in the company’s Register of Shareholders on 28 April 2026 at 16:00 WIB,” he explained.
The final dividend payment is scheduled for 18 May 2026.
The total amount of dividends paid may still change. The adjustment depends on the number of shares entitled to receive the dividend. This is related to the ongoing share buyback programme.
“In connection with the company’s ongoing share buyback programme, the total cash dividend distributed will depend on the total number of shares entitled to receive the dividend based on the company’s Register of Shareholders on the Dividend Recording Date,” Iwan continued.
UNTR also reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability principles. The company implements an environmental, social, and governance (ESG)-based strategy.
Environmental targets include a 30% reduction in scope 1 and scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions. The company also targets a renewable energy mix of 22%.
Social targets focus on zero fatalities in the work environment. Community empowerment programmes are targeted to reach 750,000 beneficiaries.
UNTR has also set 10 Sustainability Aspirations for 2030 as a roadmap for business transformation.
One of the main focuses is on increasing the contribution of non-coal revenue. This strategy is prepared to face the global energy transition.
