Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), a company within the PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) group, at its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) has set a cash dividend of Rp1,663 per share, equivalent to Rp5.92 trillion for the 2025 fiscal year.

The cash dividend consists of a final dividend of Rp1,096 per share, to be distributed on 28 April 2026 at 16:00 WIB and paid to shareholders on 18 May 2026, as well as an interim dividend of Rp567 per share, equivalent to Rp2.06 trillion, which was paid on 24 October 2025.

“The company approves Rp1,663 per share or a maximum of Rp5.92 trillion to be distributed as cash dividends,” said UNTR Corporate Secretary Ari Setiawan in a press conference following the AGMS at Menara Astra, Jakarta, on Thursday.

In connection with the company’s ongoing share buyback programme, the total amount of cash dividends to be distributed will depend on the total number of shares entitled to receive dividends based on the company’s shareholder register on the dividend recording date.

During the AGMS, the company also approved the appointment of a new board of commissioners and board of directors, as follows:

The appointment of the new board of directors and board of commissioners is for a term commencing from the closing of the 2026 AGMS until the 2027 AGMS.

Throughout 2025, UNTR recorded a net profit for the year of Rp15.17 trillion, a decrease compared to the Rp20.11 trillion realised in 2024.

The profit decline aligns with a drop in revenue to Rp131.30 trillion in 2025, compared to Rp134.42 trillion in the same period the previous year.

On the other hand, in 2025, UNTR managed to increase its total assets to Rp177.63 trillion, compared to Rp169.48 trillion in 2024, with liabilities rising from Rp71.30 trillion to Rp74.50 trillion.
