UniPin Series Road to FFNS 2026 Fall Opens Pathway to Professional Level
Jakarta (ANTARA) - UniPin is introducing a competitive pathway for community teams to break into the professional level through the UniPin Series Road to Free Fire Nusantara Series (FFMS) 2026 Fall event. This tournament is part of an effort to strengthen the national esports ecosystem through collaboration with various stakeholders, ranging from the Indonesian Esports Association (PB ESI) and the Ministry of Communication and Digital of the Republic of Indonesia to Garena and several private companies.
“UniPin believes that Indonesian esports talents can emerge from community teams if they have access, a platform, and a supportive ecosystem,” said UniPin CEO Ashadi Ang in a written statement on Monday. “Through the UniPin Series Road to FFNS 2026 Fall, we want to provide a competitive space that brings various industries together to strengthen the gaming and esports ecosystem so that it can grow together, while simultaneously opening opportunities for community players to develop towards the professional level.”
Through this competition, community players have the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of professional competition while opening doors to higher levels of play. The best teams in the Grand Final will receive one Golden Ticket to advance to the Play-Ins stage of the FFNS 2026 Fall.
Benone Jesaja Louhenapessy, Deputy Chairman II of PB ESI, stated that the presence of this competition aligns with efforts to expand access for talented athletes from the community level to develop into professionals. “This official competition pathway directly provides equal opportunities for all talented athletes in Indonesia, particularly from the community level, to progress towards professionalism,” said Benone. “We believe this platform also plays a vital role in strengthening athlete regeneration while creating an inclusive and sustainable esports ecosystem.”
The organisation of the competition has also garnered attention from the government through the Ministry of Communication and Digital as a form of support for the growing national gaming and esports ecosystem among the younger generation. Meanwhile, Garena, the publisher of Free Fire, also supports the creation of this competitive pathway for community talent.
