Unilever Indonesia Wins Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026

PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) has won the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026” award from The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards. This is the third time Unilever Indonesia has received this recognition.

The achievement underscores Unilever Indonesia’s consistent track record in nurturing multi-generational talent, implementing balanced flexible working models, and enhancing workplace culture as a commitment to its employees, particularly in the areas of Diversity, Inclusion, Tech Empowerment, and Sustainable Workplace.

Unilever Indonesia’s Human Resources Director, Hendri Widiarta, explained that the company’s strength lies in its talent. This award reinforces the commitment to continue building an organisation that is relevant today and in the future.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is the largest regional recognition that appreciates workplace excellence, progressive human resources practices, and employee engagement. Organised annually by HR Asia and Business Media International, the awards cover 12 different markets across Asia, including Indonesia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
