Unidentified body buried in Mataram

MATARAM, West Nusa Tenggara: The body of an unidentified woman
found floating last week off West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, was
buried yesterday after the Mataram Public Hospital completed an
autopsy.

According to Muchdar, one of the physicians who performed the
autopsy, no one has yet been able to identify the woman, thought
to be about 18 years' old.

About 15 people came forward to identify the body, however
none of them were able to do so, Muchdar said, as quoted by
Antara.

The body was scheduled to be buried yesterday at the Karang
Median Islamic cemetery in Mataram.(mds)
