Unhas and Chulalongkorn University Thailand explore academic cooperation

Makassar (ANTARA) - The Faculty of Law at Hasanuddin University (Unhas) and the Faculty of Law at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, are exploring the strengthening of academic cooperation through student and lecturer exchanges, joint research, scientific publications, and collaborative academic programmes.

The Dean of the Unhas Faculty of Law, Professor Hamzah Halim, stated in Makassar on Saturday, expressing appreciation for the warm welcome from Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Law.

He noted that the visit provides an opportunity for the Unhas Faculty of Law to introduce its academic capacity while identifying areas of collaboration that can be developed together.

“We are utilising this meeting to open up wider spaces for collaboration, both in the fields of education and research. We hope that these discussions can be followed up through concrete academic programmes,” explained Professor Hamzah.

According to him, the meeting provides space for both faculties to recognise each other’s potential and discuss forms of collaboration that can be developed concretely.
