Unfinished building

I live not far from PT Pertani, which is located on Jl. Raya
Pasar Minggu.

My concern is about an unfinished building owned by PT Pertani
(a company under the control of the Ministry of Agriculture).
There is the impression that this building is neglected and has
been that way for about 10 years.

I was told the contractor of the building has gone, for
unclear reasons, and left the building still unfinished. I
suggest that sanctions should be imposed on the official(s) who
are found guilty of corruption. And, I think to maintain good
image of PT Pertani which is directly responsible for this
building, the state-owned company should be sensitive enough to
finish the construction of the building. This is to conform with
the Jakarta's slogan Teguh Beriman which essentially means "Keep
Jakarta nice and clean, safe, convenient and orderly."
