JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – By March 2026, underbone motorcycle prices in Indonesia were observed to be relatively stable. Although the segment is no longer as lively as in its heyday, underbone motorcycles still have a loyal following due to their functional character, fuel efficiency, and durability for daily activities.

Interestingly, up to March only Yamaha had adjusted prices, specifically in January 2026. Other manufacturers such as Honda, Suzuki, and TVS have maintained the same price tags as at the end of 2025.

The price adjustment by Yamaha shifted the price gaps among its underbone models, from entry-level to sport underbones.

Next, the Yamaha Jupiter Z1 was also lifted, from Rp 21,530,000 to Rp 21,880,000, or up Rp 350,000.

The most significant increase was experienced by Yamaha Vega Force. The model, known as an economical underbone, jumped from Rp 18,850,000 to Rp 19,800,000, or up Rp 950,000 in just one month.

Meanwhile, prices for underbones from other manufacturers remained stable as at the end of last year. For the most affordable category, the TVS Neo XR remains priced at Rp 14,700,000 OTR Jakarta.

This bike remains the cheapest option for consumers needing a simple vehicle for daily mobility.

From Suzuki, prices have not changed either. The Suzuki Satria F150 is pegged at Rp 31,000,000, while the Satria Pro variant is at Rp 34,900,000.

With prices relatively stagnant through March 2026, consumers can still buy underbone motorcycles at the same prices as the end of 2025, except for Yamaha’s lineup which had already risen earlier.

The stability of prices could be a momentum for consumers needing a sturdy and economical daily vehicle.
