Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The performance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) under the management of the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Authority (BPI Danantara) has shown positive results. Cumulatively, the performance of all SOEs in 2025 managed to surpass the set targets.

This positive trend has continued into 2026. Based on unaudited performance reports up to May 2026, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) recorded a current year profit of Rp2.01 trillion, an increase of 94% compared to the same period the previous year. Meanwhile, Pupuk Indonesia Group posted a net profit of Rp6.70 trillion, growing by 230% year-on-year.

The development of SOE performance was one of the topics discussed in a meeting between the Head of BP BUMN and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara Indonesia, Dony Oskaria, and the boards of directors of SOEs at Wisma Danantara Indonesia on Friday (19/6/2026). The meeting addressed the progress of SOE performance and strengthened coordination to ensure that the transformation of state-owned companies proceeds in a more measured, transparent, and results-oriented manner.

The improvement in SOE performance is said to be in line with the commitment of BP BUMN and Danantara to promote more accountable, data-based SOE management that reflects conditions on the ground.

Dony stated that the SOEs’ performance exceeding targets in 2025 and the continuation of the positive trend into 2026 demonstrate that the transformation measures being implemented are on the right track. “These achievements show that the SOE transformation is beginning to deliver tangible results. The key going forward is to maintain consistency, strengthen governance, and ensure that every piece of information conveyed to the public is based on data, facts, and real conditions in the field,” said Dony. He added that information regarding SOE performance will continue to be communicated to the public through various official channels as part of BP BUMN and Danantara’s commitment to maintaining transparency and bolstering public trust in the ongoing SOE transformation process.
