The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) raided the East Java Regional Office of the National Land Agency (BPN) on Thursday (24/09/2026). The search is part of a series of investigations into alleged bribery regarding the processing of Building Use Rights (HGB) for PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, which involves the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

“The search today was conducted at the East Java BPN Regional Office,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a press statement in Jakarta on Thursday (24/09/2026).

Budi declined to provide preliminary details regarding the results of the search, as KPK investigators were still conducting field operations. “The search is still ongoing. We will report every development as a form of our commitment to transparency,” Budi stated.

A day earlier, the KPK searched the Mojokerto City BPN office, which is led by Yetty Nurbuati Krystianti. It was revealed that Yetty is the wife of the Director General of Land and Spatial Control (PPTR) at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri, who has already been named one of the suspects in the HGB case.

Previously, the KPK seized cash amounting to Rp 106.3 billion in both Rupiah and foreign currencies as evidence in the alleged bribery case involving HGB processing at the Bogor Regency BPN Office, West Java. Eight individuals have been named suspects in the case. The evidence was seized during a series of sting operations (OTT) on 14 September.

The KPK announced the designation of eight suspects after sufficient evidence was found. They are Director General of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Lampri (LMP), Sontang Coin Manurung (SON), Adrianto Pitoyo Adi (ADR), Arif Sugiyanto (ARF), Fahd El Fouz (FEZ), Rizal Pahlevi (LEV), Erwin (ERW), and Muhammad Fakhry (MF).

The suspects are currently being detained for the initial 20-day period from 15 September to 4 October 2026 at the KPK Red and White Building detention centre. The bribe givers (ADR and LEV) are charged under Article 605 paragraph (1) letter a/b or Article 606 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Law Number 1 of 2026 and Article 20 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, the bribe recipients, consisting of SON, ERW, LMP, ARF, FEZ, and MF, are charged under Article 12 letter a/b and/or Article 12 B of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption, or Article 606 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Law Number 1 of 2026 and Article 20 of the Criminal Code.
