All candidates for the position of the next United Nations Secretary-General have been invited to participate in a debate at the UN General Assembly Hall on 23 July, a spokesperson for the UNGA president, La Neice Collins, announced on Thursday. In a statement to the media, Collins said UNGA President Annalena Baerbock has sent a letter to UN member states informing them that all candidates have been invited to the debate.
