Ummat Party Supports President's Cabinet Reshuffle

The Daily Chairman of the Ummat Party, Heikal Safar, responded to the reshuffling of several positions within the Red and White Cabinet conducted by the President of the Republic of Indonesia at the State Palace, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (1/10/2026). Heikal stated that the Ummat Party supports the President’s decision to implement changes to several strategic positions within the government.

According to him, the replacement of officials is part of the President’s authority in conducting the administration of the country. Furthermore, Heikal noted that the Ummat Party highly praises the courage and supports every concrete step taken by the President to reshuffle the Red and White Cabinet by altering several strategic government positions.

“The reshuffle of positions includes several ministerial posts, the replacement of the Chief of the Presidential Staff (KSP), and the Chief of the National Police (Kapolri),” Heikal said in a written statement to the media in Jakarta on Friday (2/10/2026).
