UM-PTKIN results announced this afternoon, participants urged to access official site

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Religious Affairs has reported that the results of the 2026 State Islamic Higher Education Entrance Exam (UM-PTKIN) were officially announced simultaneously on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, at 15:00 WIB.

Thousands of prospective students who participated in the examination via the Electronic Selection System (SSE) can now check their passing status by accessing https://pengumpons-um.ptkin.ac.id/ and entering their Examination Participant Number in the provided field.

For participants declared successful, the next stage involves the process of document verification and administrative registration.

As each campus has different deadlines and mechanisms, participants are urged to act swiftly to ensure their admission status does not lapse. Meanwhile, for participants who see a notification of failure on the announcement screen, opportunities to pursue education at State Islamic Higher Education institutions, such as UIN, IAIN, or STAIN, remain widely available.

“Following the conclusion of this national UM-PTKIN track, each campus will immediately proceed to open new student admissions through the Independent Track (Jalur Mandiri), with quotas and mechanisms regulated by the respective internal campus administration,” a representative stated.

The Independent Track registration system will be managed internally by each university, featuring diverse selection mechanisms ranging from local written examinations and achievement portfolios to the utilisation of existing UM-PTKIN scores.

Consequently, participants who were unsuccessful are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities, prepare their documents promptly, and actively monitor the official new student admission websites of their target campuses.
