UIN Jakarta's MM Study Programme Finalises Curriculum Formula Ahead of Operational Launch

The Master of Management Study Programme at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta, is finalising its curriculum formulation ahead of the new programme’s inaugural operations. FEB UIN Jakarta Dean Prof Ibnu Qizam said the effort to strengthen the curriculum formulation was carried out through a curriculum workshop for the MM FEB UIN Jakarta study programme to align academic theoretical aspects with practical industry needs. “To dissect the quality standardisation of postgraduate programme management, the university presented a combination of experts from established academic circles and real-sector practitioners, and was attended by lecturers of the Master of Management Study Programme at FEB UIN Jakarta,” he said. Ibnu explained that FEB UIN also brought in the Head of the MM Study Programme at UPN Veteran, Dr. Yudi Nur Supriadi, as a representation of academic benchmarking. Meanwhile, from the industry side, FEB UIN Jakarta presented a practitioner from a state-owned enterprise, Suldja Hartono. He hopes this synergy between academics and practitioners can strengthen the MM UIN Jakarta curriculum, enabling it to produce graduates who are adaptive to the dynamics of national corporations and industry. Rector of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Prof Asep Saepudin Jahar said the new postgraduate programme is specifically designed to produce economic professionals who are not only technically proficient but also possess strong moral integrity. “The presence of the MM Study Programme is expected to answer the market’s need for competent, high-integrity master’s graduates capable of integrating Islamic values with modern management science,” he stated. Previously, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia had issued a Ministerial Decree regarding the operational permit for the new study programme within FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Based on Decree Number 299/B/O/2026, the government has legally granted permission to open the Master of Management Study Programme at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
