UIN Jakarta MM Programme Accelerates Curriculum Formulation
The Master of Management Study Programme at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, is finalising its curriculum formulation ahead of its inaugural operations. The move was undertaken through a curriculum workshop for the Master of Management programme, aimed at aligning academic theoretical aspects with the practical needs of industry.
The series of activities took place over three days, divided into two sessions on 4-5 June 2026 and on 7 June 2026, at the FEB UIN Jakarta Building. To dissect the quality standards of postgraduate programme management, the university brought in a combination of experts from established academic circles and practitioners from the real sector, with participation from lecturers of the Master of Management Programme at FEB UIN Jakarta.
The Dean of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, stated that the curriculum strengthening involved Dr. Yudi Nur Supriadi, Head of the MM Study Programme at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran, as a representative of academic benchmarking. Meanwhile, from the industry side, FEB UIN Jakarta brought in a practitioner from a state-owned enterprise, Suldja Hartono.
“This demonstrates the seriousness of the Master of Management programme at FEB UIN Jakarta in establishing governance from the very beginning of the new programme’s opening,” said Prof Ibnu Qizam, as quoted from a press release received on Wednesday (10/6).
Previously, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia had issued a Ministerial Decree regarding the operational licence for the new study programme within FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Based on Decree Number 299/B/O/2026, the government officially granted permission to open the Master of Management Study Programme at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
Through this academic-practitioner synergy, the MM UIN Jakarta curriculum is expected to produce graduates who are adaptive to the dynamics of national corporations and industry.
