Jakarta (ANTARA) – As 2026 approaches, the need for flexible and high-quality higher education is increasing amidst growing global competition. In response to this challenge, Bina Sarana Informatika University (UBSI) has officially opened registration for the 2026 academic year, offering two enrolment periods: March 2026 and September 2026.

These two periods provide flexibility for senior high school graduates to determine their start date for university studies according to their individual readiness, without having to wait for the main academic year.

March 2026 Period: Start Studying Sooner

UBSI is opening registration for the March 2026 period for prospective students who wish to begin their studies earlier. During this period, four undergraduate (S1) study programmes are available: Information Technology, Information Systems, Communication Studies, and Management.

Classes for the March 2026 period will be held at several campuses, namely UBSI Bekasi (Cut Mutiah and Kaliabang), Cikarang, Jatiwaringin, and Jakarta (Kramat/Salemba, Slipi, Pemuda, and Cengkareng).

The registration fee is Rp260,000 and the pre-course fee is Rp1,600,000. The tuition fee for the S1 programme is set at Rp3,980,000, with an additional Rp1,000,000 for certain study programmes such as Management, Communication Studies, Information Systems, Information Technology, and Informatics.

Registration for the March period is divided into four waves. The first wave runs from 15 October to 3 December 2025, with an Educational Facilities Contribution (SSP) of Rp2,500,000. The second wave (4 December 2025–7 January 2026) is Rp3,000,000. The third wave (8 January–8 February 2026) is Rp3,600,000. The fourth wave (9 February–11 March 2026) is Rp4,500,000.

Classes will begin on 30 March 2026, while student orientation activities (ORMIK and SEMOT) will be held on 29 March 2026.

September 2026 Period: Main Academic Year

In addition to the March period, UBSI is also opening registration for the September 2026 period, which marks the beginning of the 2026/2027 academic year. During this period, Diploma (D3) and undergraduate (S1) programmes are available.

For the S1 programme, the registration fee is Rp260,000, the pre-course fee is Rp1,600,000, and the tuition fee is Rp3,980,000, with an additional Rp1,000,000 for certain study programmes. The D3 programme has a registration fee of Rp260,000, a pre-course fee of Rp1,200,000, and a tuition fee of Rp2,480,000.

Registration for the September period is open in six waves. The first wave runs from 15 October 2025 to 8 February 2026, with an S1 SSP of Rp2,500,000 and a D3 SSP of Rp1,500,000. The second to sixth waves offer a tiered SSP scheme, up to a maximum of Rp6,000,000 for S1 and Rp4,500,000 for D3.

Classes for the September period will begin on 21 September 2026. Student orientation activities are scheduled for 16–20 September 2026.

Registration is Conducted Online

The entire registration process is carried out online through the official website pmbubsi.id/pmb or through the UBSI PMB application, which is available on the Google Play Store and App Store.

Prospective students simply need to register, pay the registration fee through a bank or affiliated retail outlet, and upload documents such as an ID card, family card, birth certificate, and diploma. For 2026 graduates who have not yet received their diploma, the document can be submitted later.

By opening these two registration periods, UBSI provides a wider opportunity for senior high school graduates to continue their higher education according to their individual needs and readiness.
