Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) has launched its third international EduTrip programme for students seeking to learn while exploring abroad. The programme will take place from 2-5 November 2026, with destinations in Singapore and Malaysia.

Participants will engage in educational activities including a Singapore City Tour, visits to Singapore Management University (SMU), a campus tour of Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL), and a Kuala Lumpur City Tour. The programme is designed to provide international learning experiences beyond the classroom.

As a Creative Digital Campus, UBSI considers global experience a key aspect of student development in the digital era. Therefore, the EduTrip focuses not only on tourism but also on connecting students with international academic and industry environments.

Cicih Nuraeni, UBSI’s EduTrip Programme Coordinator, said the activity aims to provide students with broader learning experiences. She noted that students can gain exposure to international education systems and build cross-cultural relationships through the programme.

“This EduTrip is not just about travelling abroad, but about how students can gain new experiences, understand international education systems, and learn directly from a global environment. We want participants to return not just with photos, but with valuable insights and experiences,” Cicih said in a statement on Sunday, 31 May 2026.

In addition to academic activities, participants will receive various support facilities during the programme, including round-trip flights, accommodation, transportation, campus tours, company visits, international certificates, and professional chaperones.

According to Cicih, the programme is also expected to boost students’ confidence in facing international environments. Experiencing different cultures and education systems is believed to help students broaden their perspectives.

“The hope is that students will become more motivated to develop and confidently compete on a global scale after participating in this programme,” she added.

Registration for EduTrip Batch 3 is open from 8 May to 30 June 2026, with a programme fee of Rp 6.5 million. The organising committee also offers installment payment options according to a set schedule.

Students interested in the programme are advised to ensure their passports are valid for at least six months before departure. Through this international programme, UBSI hopes students will gain more adaptive and relevant learning experiences in line with current global demands.
