Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI), as a Creative Digital Campus, continues to demonstrate its commitment to expanding its partnership network with various higher education institutions across Indonesia.

This time, UBSI has established a strategic collaboration with Universitas Panca Bhakti (UPB) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, on Wednesday (29/7/2026).

The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the Community Service Programme (PKM) of the Professor Association of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region IV.

The cooperation document was signed directly by the Rector of UBSI, Prof Dr Ir Mochamad Wahyudi, M.Kom., MM, M.Pd, IPU, ASEAN Eng, together with the Rector of UPB, Dr Purwanto, SH, M.Hum.

This collaboration represents a strategic step for both institutions in strengthening the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which encompasses education, research, and community service.

Through this agreement, UBSI and UPB have pledged to work together in the delivery of education, the implementation of joint research, community service, as well as the organisation of scientific seminars and workshops.

Furthermore, the cooperation includes the development of human resource competencies and the sustainable implementation of the Kampus Berdampak programme.

As a concrete manifestation of this cooperation, both parties also inaugurated a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) on Professor Community Service.

This programme is designed as a platform for professors and academics to share knowledge and expertise, as well as to formulate innovative solutions that provide direct benefits to the wider community.

The Rector of UBSI, Prof Wahyudi, affirmed that the partnership with UPB is part of UBSI’s tangible efforts to build productive and effective academic synergy between higher education institutions.

“We hope that the collaboration with UPB will give rise to various productive programmes in the fields of education, research, and community service, thereby contributing to improving the quality of higher education and community development,” said Prof Wahyudi, as quoted on Sunday (9/8/2026).

He added that the signing of the cooperation agreement in the midst of the Professor Association of LLDIKTI Region IV agenda carries its own philosophical value.

According to him, this moment is not merely about strengthening institutional relations, but rather serves as a catalyst for expanding the impact of academic collaboration for the progress of the nation.

“Through this partnership, UBSI further reinforces its position as a Creative Digital Campus that is adaptive, innovative, and consistent in building a higher education ecosystem that has a broad impact on society,” he asserted.
