U-15 soccer meet semis in Tondano

JAKARTA (JP): Aceh will join three Javanese teams in the
semifinals of the Coke Cup national under-15 soccer championship
in Tondano Minahasa, North Sulawesi tomorrow.

Zulkarnaen and Yulibar scored a goal apiece to give the
country's westernmost squad a 2-1 win over West Sumatra in
Saturday's quarterfinals. Aceh finished first in Group L ahead of
East Java on goal differential, as both teams qualified for the
semis to be played at Maesa stadium.

Last year's runner-up East Java crushed helpless Riau 5-1 in
another quarterfinal match, with Abdul Sani finding the net
twice.

West Java and Jakarta played a safe game for a 1-1 draw in a
Group K quarterfinal match, leaving North Sumatra's young charges
to pack their bags despite a 2-1 victory over also ran Central
