Two Protests in Jakarta Today: Beware of Traffic Jams at the Following Points

JAKARTA - Two protest actions will be held at 10:00 WIB in Central Jakarta on Thursday (26/3/2026) today. The Head of Public Relations at the Central Jakarta Metro Police Resort, First Inspector Erlyn Sumantri, stated that the first protest will take place in front of the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) office on Jalan Gatot Subroto. A total of 361 combined police personnel have been prepared for handling the demonstrations in Central Jakarta today. Meanwhile, traffic engineering at the protest sites will be carried out situationally, taking into account the number of people on the ground. Erlyn advised the public to avoid the areas around the protests to anticipate traffic jams.
