Two-Month High: Antam Gold Price Breaches Rp2.7 Million Today

The price of gold produced by PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) Tbk., known as Antam Precious Metal gold, strengthened again in trading today, Tuesday (11/8/2026).

Citing data from PT Antam’s official website, logammulia.com, at 08.30 WIB, at the LM Graha Dipta Pulo Gadung gold boutique in Jakarta, the price of 1 gram of gold today was set at Rp2,710,000 per bar, an increase of Rp20,000 compared to the previous trading session.

This price is the highest since 18 June 2026, or nearly two months.

Today’s price increase broke the stagnant movement seen in the previous trading session. With this strengthening, the price of Antam gold has again breached the Rp2.7 million per gram level.

In line with this, the buyback price, or the repurchase price of Antam gold, also strengthened. Today the buyback price stands at Rp2,546,000 per gram, an increase of Rp35,000 compared to the previous trading session.

As a note, purchases of Antam gold bars are subject to Income Tax (PPh) Article 22 of 0.25% for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 0.5% for non-NPWP holders.

Meanwhile, for Antam gold buyback transactions with a value above Rp10 million, PPh Article 22 of 1.5% is applied for NPWP holders and 3% for non-NPWP holders. The tax is deducted directly from the total buyback value.
