Two Male Bodies Found in Drain in Bekasi, Four Suspects Arrested

Residents of Jalan Mustikajaya, Cimuning, Bekasi City, West Java, were shocked by the discovery of two male bodies. Both were found inside a water drainage channel. In a video that went viral on social media, the two bodies were seen lying face down in the ditch. It was reported that both were victims of a robbery. The bodies were discovered by residents in the early hours of Friday (19/6). Upon confirmation, AKBP Andi M Iqbal, Head of Criminal Investigation at the Bekasi City Metro Police, verified the discovery of the two bodies. “Correct, there are two victims,” said Andi. Andi stated that his team has arrested the perpetrators involved in this incident. However, he has not yet provided more detailed explanations regarding the chronology of the discovery of the bodies or the arrest of the suspects. “We have secured four perpetrators,” he added. Regarding the motive, Andi said his party is still conducting an in-depth examination of the suspects. “We are still investigating the motive, whether it was a robbery or something else,” he concluded.
