The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has temporarily suspended trading in shares of PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP) and PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP). The measure was taken as a form of investor protection, particularly for shareholders of the two listed companies.

Citing an IDX public disclosure, the suspension was imposed on the regular market and the cash market starting from the first session on 9 June 2026 until further announcement from the Exchange.

The suspension of SHIP shares was triggered by a significant cumulative price decline. In one month, SHIP shares have fallen 53.03 per cent, whilst on a year-to-date basis they have plunged 71.53 per cent.

Meanwhile, the suspension of ADCP shares refers to a letter from PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) number KSEI-3791/DIR/0626 dated 5 June 2026 regarding the postponement of the 10th bond interest payment for the Adhi Commuter Properti Phase III Bonds Year 2023 Series A-B (ADCP03A, ADCP03B).

It also refers to provision III.1.5 because the company has delayed the 10th interest payment for those bonds, which was effectively due to be paid on 8 June 2026. This indicates uncertainty regarding the company’s going concern status.

The Exchange urges all interested parties to consistently monitor the information disclosures provided by the company.
