The deceased pilgrims were identified as Hery Widianto, 69, from Flight Group 12, who passed away at the airport, and Wayan Rohani Suwasti, 63, also from Flight Group 12, who died while receiving treatment at Surabaya Hajj Hospital. The committee also recorded 17 outgoing mutations, consisting of eight pilgrims who died in Saudi Arabia, four pilgrims ill in Saudi Arabia, five vacant seats, and one incoming mutation from a previous flight group. Anam further noted that Siti Mutmainah Asari, 64, from Malang City, died at Taif Airport Hospital, and Matory Ahmad Jalil, 78, also from Malang, died at King Faisal Hospital due to respiratory distress. He stated that PPIH Debarkasi Surabaya will continue coordinating with health authorities in Saudi Arabia to monitor the condition of pilgrims still undergoing treatment. The repatriation process will continue in stages according to each flight group’s schedule until all pilgrims arrive home.
