Two GOTO Executives Snap Up Shares at Rp2 Price
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Two leaders of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), namely GOTO CEO Hans Patuwo and Deputy CEO Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo, have reported changes in their share ownership in the unicorn startup issuer.
Citing disclosures from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Hans Patuwo purchased GOTO shares totalling 188,185,634 shares in two transactions. This increase in share ownership stems from the execution of the Employee and Consultant Stock Option Programme managed through the GoTo Peopleverse Fund.
The transactions were conducted on 16 March 2026 for 187,500,000 shares and on 17 March 2026 for 685,634 shares at a GOTO share price of Rp2 per share.
All shares acquired are ordinary shares and categorised as direct transactions.
The report also emphasises that Hans Patuwo is not a controlling party of the company and has no plans to maintain or change the control status.
Consequently, his share ownership increased from 574.83 million shares (0.02%) to 763.02 million shares (0.03%) following the transactions.
Meanwhile, Deputy Director Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo reported share transactions conducted on 16-17 March 2026. On 16 March 2026, she executed the employee stock option programme (ESOP) for 515,896,598 shares at Rp2 per share, managed by the GoTo Peopleverse Fund.
On the same day, she also sold 250 million shares at Rp52 per share, followed by the sale of 265,896,598 shares on 17 March 2026 at the same price.
All these transactions were carried out for the purpose of implementing incentive programmes as well as personal and family needs.
From these transactions, she obtained profits of around Rp25.79 billion.
Despite the large-volume transactions, Catherine’s share ownership remains at 493,717,692 shares or equivalent to 0.02% voting rights, thus not changing her ownership position or control status in the company.
