Two found dead in Cilacap

CILACAP, Central Java: The Wijayakusuma search and rescue team
has found the bodies of two people drowned at the Karangkandri
and Serandil beaches.

The team, lead by Atas Munandar, found the corpse Sunday of an
unidentified, petite woman in her 30s wearing beige pants and a
blue blouse. She is believed to have drowned in swirling currents
where the Serayu river meets the ocean at the Karangkandri beach.

The team found the second body, identified as junior high
school student Mujanto, aged 14, Monday, after a 24-hour search.
He drowned at Serandil beach while bathing with friends. (wah/01)
