Two Companies List on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
Two companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Tuesday, 7 July 2026. The first issuer is PT Niramas Utama Tbk (JELI), a food and beverage producer with the Inaco brand. The second is PT Nitrasanata Dharma Tbk (JECX), the manager of the Jakarta Eye Center (JEC) hospitals and clinics. JELI and JECX are the second and third companies to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the exchange this year.
In its IPO, JELI offered 266 million new shares, equivalent to 21.01 percent of its issued and fully paid capital after the offering. On its first day of trading, JELI shares opened at Rp 900 per share. The offering was oversubscribed by 273.33 times on the pooling portion, with participation from 630,491 investors. Through the IPO, the company raised Rp 239.4 billion before deducting issuance costs.
PT Niramas Utama Tbk Director Adhi S. Lukman stated that the company’s listing on the BEI represents an important milestone in its journey and marks the beginning of a new growth phase as a public company. “We express our appreciation to investors, regulators, business partners, and all parties who have given their trust and supported this initial public offering process,” he said in an official statement on Tuesday, 7 July 2026.
Meanwhile, JECX offered 487,983,500 shares, representing 15.00 percent of its issued and fully paid capital after the IPO, at an offering price of Rp 1,250 per share. Through this IPO, the company raised Rp 609 billion. JECX shares were oversubscribed by 62.5 times on the centralised allotment portion, with 555,699 investors participating.
PT Nitrasanata Dharma Tbk President Director Johan Hutauruk expressed gratitude for the support of all parties in the company’s IPO process. “Through this IPO, the company hopes to strengthen its capital structure and support JEC’s growth, while continuing to prioritise the spirit of ‘care with experience’, which is patient-oriented service supported by JEC’s experience and expertise in eye health,” he said in an official statement on Tuesday, 7 July 2026.
