Two companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Tuesday, 7 July 2026. The first issuer is PT Niramas Utama Tbk (JELI), a food and beverage producer with the Inaco brand. The second is PT Nitrasanata Dharma Tbk (JECX), the manager of the Jakarta Eye Center (JEC) hospitals and clinics. JELI and JECX are the second and third companies to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the exchange this year.

In its IPO, JELI offered 266 million new shares, equivalent to 21.01 percent of its issued and fully paid capital after the offering. Through this IPO, the company raised Rp 609 billion. JECX shares were oversubscribed by 62.5 times on the centralised allotment portion, with 555,699 investors participating.
