Two Account Providers for Drug Lord Andre 'The Doctor' to Face Trial Soon
The Directorate of Narcotics Crime at the Indonesian National Police’s Criminal Investigation Department (Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri) has handed over evidence and two suspects involved in managing funds from the narcotics transactions of drug lord Andre Fernando alias ‘The Doctor’ to the prosecution service. The suspects, Muhammad Rikki (25) and Priyo Handoko (33), will soon face trial.
Head of Sub-Directorate IV of Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri, Senior Commissioner Handik Zusen, explained that the transfer of the two suspects along with the evidence was carried out at the West Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office on Monday (13/7/2026).
“This is the uncovering of a money laundering case developed from the suspect Erwin Iskandar bin Iskandar (deceased) alias Koko Erwin by the Sub-Directorate IV Team of Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri,” said Senior Commissioner Handik in a statement.
Evidence from suspect Muhammad Rikki includes a blue Vivo mobile phone and a BCA ATM card registered under his name. Evidence from suspect Priyo Handoko includes a black Redmi Note 15 mobile phone.
“The examination process for the suspects and evidence (Phase II) was conducted directly by the Public Prosecutor from the Attorney General’s Office at the West Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office. The Phase II process proceeded safely and smoothly,” he stated.
Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri has been continuously developing the case of a narcotics network allegedly linked to dealer Ko Erwin. In the latest development, police arrested two suspects who played a role in providing accounts to receive the flow of funds from narcotics transactions. The two suspects are Muhammad Rikki (25), the account owner, and Priyo Handoko (33), who allegedly sold Rikki’s account to another party involved in the network, namely Andre Fernando alias ‘The Doctor’.
“From the statement of suspect Arfan, he admitted that the methamphetamine-type narcotics were obtained from Andre Fernando, who used an account under the name of Muhammad Rikki,” said the Director of Narcotics Crime at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, in a statement on Wednesday (25/3).
Andre Fernando ‘The Doctor’ is the distributor who supplied methamphetamine to Ko Erwin. The National Police have issued a wanted list (DPO) status for him. Eko stated that the account was used to receive narcotics payments from Ko Erwin’s network. Based on this information, the team led by the Head of Sub-Directorate IV and the NIC Task Force led by Senior Commissioner Kevin Leleury conducted an investigation.
