Twice Targeted by Brutal US-Israel Aggression, Iran Affirms It Will Never Submit to Them
Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, stated that there is no military solution to any problems involving Iran. Araghchi assured that his country will not submit to pressure or threats from anyone.
During the BRICS 2026 foreign ministers’ meeting in India, Araghchi mentioned that Iran has twice been the target of brutal and illegal aggression by the US and Israel within less than a year, according to a report from the Fars News Agency.
BRICS held the meeting under the theme of “Building Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation, and Sustainability” amid the conflict between the United States-Israel and Iran, which was launched on 28 February and is now under a ceasefire.
BRICS is attended by Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Iran, and Indonesia.
“It must now be clear to everyone that Iran is invincible and every time it is under pressure, Iran emerges stronger and more united than before,” said Araghchi.
He also emphasised that Iran is ready to fight with full force in defence of its freedom, sovereignty, and territorial integrity while remaining fully committed to diplomacy.
“As I have repeatedly emphasised, there is no military solution to any problem related to Iran. We, the people of Iran, will not submit to any pressure or threats, but we will respond with respect,” he said.
He added that Iran’s armed forces are prepared to deliver a strong and devastating response to foreign aggressors, while stressing that the Iranian people are peace-loving and do not desire war.
