Twenty aliens caught in Bali

DENPASAR, Bali: Authorities on this tourist island have caught
20 foreigners violating immigration regulations in a crackdown on
illegal aliens.

Ten are Taiwanese, three are Dutchmen, three are Belgians,
three are Japanese and four are South Koreans, the head of the
local chapter of the Ministry of Justice Soehadi told Antara
yesterday.

"Two of them, a Japanese and a Dutchman, have been deported,
while the remaining aliens are still under investigation," he
said.

Most of the foreigners had misused their visas for doing
businesses during their visits, while others entered Indonesia
illegally.(imn)
