Iman Brotoseno, President Director of the Public Broadcasting Institution Television of the Republic of Indonesia (TVRI), submitted his resignation on Monday (23 February). The resignation was made on health grounds.

Iman conveyed his resignation during a weekly meeting attended by the entire TVRI board of directors, heads of work units, and heads of TVRI broadcasting stations across Indonesia, as well as other senior staff. The hybrid meeting was held at the Operational Support Building (GPO) of TVRI in Jakarta.

Let us work to the best of our abilities to collectively carry out the role of a public broadcasting institution,” Agus said.
