Jakarta - A major shareholder of PT Impack Pratama Industri (IMPC), Tunggal Jaya Investama, has sold 1.45 billion shares, representing a 2.64% stake, at a price of Rp1,250 per share. Based on information disclosed to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the total transaction value reached Rp1.81 trillion. Following this, the company also conducted a buyback of 2.2 million shares on 10-11 August 2026 at an average price of Rp1,511 per share. Overall, Tunggal Jaya Investama’s ownership now stands at 37.12%.

Previously, another large shareholder, Harimas Tunggal Perkasa, also carried out a major sale last year. The first transaction occurred on 15 December 2025, involving the sale of 110 million IMPC shares at a price of Rp3,050 per share. The following day, on 16 December 2025, Harimas Tunggal Perkasa sold an additional 70 million shares at Rp2,900 per share, bringing the total shares divested over the two days to 180 million.

Prior to the transaction, Harimas Tunggal Perkasa held 21.19 billion IMPC shares, equivalent to 38.60% of voting rights. After the sale, its holding decreased to 21.01 billion shares, with a voting rights portion of 38.27%. It was clarified that the purpose of the transaction was to realise investment gains and to increase the free float of IMPC shares. Harimas Tunggal Perkasa is not the controlling shareholder of the company.
