Tugu Insurance (TUGU) Profit Rises 77% to Rp711 Billion for 2025
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - State-owned general insurance issuer PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (TUGU) recorded a 77% year-on-year (yoy) profit growth for the full year 2025.
According to the latest financial report, TUGU booked a net profit of Rp711.06 billion for 2025. In the previous year, this Pertamina Group insurance company recorded a net profit of Rp401.57 billion.
Throughout 2025, the company recorded insurance services revenue of Rp9.11 trillion, an increase of 22.12% from the previous year. This performance was supported by the optimisation of the portfolio in the fire & property, offshore, and aviation insurance business lines.
Tugu Insurance President Director Adi Pramana explained that the net profit achievement was supported by the growth in insurance services results, which increased by 39% annually (YoY) to Rp1.0 trillion.
“Now, in terms of segments (revenue contributors), fire remains the most dominant at 46.5%. Aviation at 12.12% and offshore at 10.52%. In total, nearly 70% of our total Gross Written Premium (GWP),” said Adi during a Media Meet Up, quoted on Monday (13/4/2026).
On the other hand, Finance Director & Corporate Services Fitri Azwar explained that investment income was one of the main drivers with 61% YoY growth. This demonstrates the company’s ability to effectively utilise financial market momentum.
“Meanwhile, other operational income from subsidiaries was relatively stable at Rp542.52 billion and provided a contribution that maintains the balance of the overall revenue structure,” said Fitri.
From the balance sheet perspective, the company’s total assets were recorded at Rp27.71 trillion, while total equity reached Rp10.17 trillion with Risk Based Capital (RBC) at 410.9%, far above the minimum regulatory requirement of 120%.
