The public must bring the original ID of the vehicle owner, BPKB, and STNK, each accompanied by photocopies, and must not have motor vehicle tax arrears exceeding one year.

This outlet only serves annual motor vehicle tax (PKB) payments, while payments for five-year vehicle taxes and number plate changes must be done directly at the nearest Samsat office.

As an alternative, residents can also utilise the National Digital Samsat (SIGNAL) application to assist in completing PKB payment matters.

However, this application cannot be used by vehicle owners with tax arrears exceeding one year. For those with arrears over one year, they must still visit the nearest Samsat office.
