Moscow (ANTARA) - US President Donald Trump on Sunday threatened to destroy Iran’s power plants and bridges if Tehran refuses to accept the deal proposed by Washington. “We are offering a VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE DEAL, and I hope they accept it because, if not, the United States will destroy all Power Plants, and Bridges, in Iran. NO MORE GOOD MEN!” Trump stated via a post on Truth Social. Earlier that day, Trump said his representatives were heading to Islamabad, Pakistan, to participate in negotiations about Iran. On 28 February, the United States and Israel launched a joint attack on targets in Iran, causing damage and civilian casualties. Then on 7 April, Washington and Tehran announced a two-week ceasefire. It is mentioned that the subsequent talks in Islamabad ended without results. Although there has been no announcement that hostilities are resuming, the US has begun closing Iranian ports. Mediators are currently working to arrange a new round of talks between the US and Israel.
