Trump Mocked in Iran, Put on Display as a Prisoner
Iran staged its latest taunt of US President Donald Trump on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, creating a lookalike of the US president behind prison bars on a billboard.
Iran built a replica prison cell on a billboard in Tehran and placed a person dressed as Trump inside it. The performer wore a Trump mask, complete with his signature blond hair, suit and red tie, and walked across the mock cell while holding its bars.
The scene immediately caught the attention of Tehran residents. Many filmed it, while others stopped to look at the Trump figure displayed as a prisoner on the billboard.
This is not the first time Iran has mocked Trump. In early October, giant billboards appeared at various locations across Tehran, showing jibes at Trump and an image of a US drone being crushed beneath an Iranian soldier’s boot.
