Trump Mobile Data Breach Exposes Customer Personal Information
Trump Mobile has confirmed that customer personal data was exposed to the public internet. Exposed data includes customers’ names, email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, and order details. The mobile service provider owned by Donald Trump’s family stated the incident is currently under internal investigation. Trump Mobile spokesperson Chris Walker said the company has found no evidence that other sensitive information, such as personal content or financial data, was leaked publicly. ‘There has been no breach of Trump Mobile’s network, systems, or infrastructure,’ Walker said, quoted by CNBC Indonesia from TechCrunch on Monday, May 25, 2026. He explained that the issue originated from a third-party platform supporting part of Trump Mobile’s operations, but the company has not yet disclosed the vendor’s identity. This disclosure follows initial reports this week that Trump Mobile customer data was publicly accessible online. The findings gained traction after two YouTubers, Coffeezilla and penguinz0, claimed cybersecurity researchers informed them their personal details were exposed after purchasing Trump Mobile devices. Both said they attempted to contact Trump Mobile to alert them of the issue, but received no response. Walker stated Trump Mobile is currently assessing whether to issue an official notification to customers regarding the personal data exposure.
