It is not easy to reach an agreement. No one knows who is leading.

Washington (ANTARA) - United States President Donald Trump has said that negotiations with Iran have become complicated because many Iranian leaders have been killed.

“Part of the problem is that so many leaders are gone. It is not easy to reach an agreement. No one knows who is leading,” Trump told Michael Cohen on 77 WABC.

On Wednesday (19/8), Trump announced the start of an economic operation against Iran and called on his allies to join the United States.

In the attack on 28 February, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed. After his death, his son, Mojtaba Ali Khamenei, was selected as the new Supreme Leader of Iran.

However, Mojtaba has not yet appeared in public since his appointment as Supreme Leader. He has, however, issued several statements to the Iranian people that have been published by official Iranian media.
